I am only doing a 1 start because I can't do less, i visited this place with the hopes it would be my future home. The place is highly over priced for what you get. I toured with the property manager Sandra who drives like crazy on that lifted blue golf cart (worse choice if you are old, have back problems or can't climb), she showed us a 1 bedroom which i disliked since the beggining, she rushed us out of the place! I was turning lights on to see better which inmediately she would go and turn off. I inquired to see a remodeled apartment and she took me to one that was "ready to move in" with same story of the rushing out of there, also the apartment was dirty, had trash on the rooms and had on the counter a rack that neede to be installed I guess, and the tub looked brown like it needs to be cleaned or something. Over all the place is over priced, poorly friendly manager who gets bothered with questions and its on a rush all the time, i completely disliked the lack of emotions of her, i can just imagine the frustration of current residents when talking to her, she did not offered to see closely the ammenities and missed a couple until I asked. I also felt like she did not do her best effort on trying to engage us into leasing with them. Something didn't feel right.
