A Texas company has acquired a local homebuilder. The Peak Group, a vertically integrated real estate company based in Hurst, Texas, has acquired Camellia House LLC. Financial details and personnel changes were not disclosed. The Peak Group is focused on single-family rental properties. Camellia House is focused on build-to-rent homes. 'We are big believers in Birmingham,' The Peak Group President and CEO Ryan Bowers said. Camellia House provides new construction turnkey rental investments, investing in flip houses, land development projects and more.
